What is your privacy & confidentiality (including data protection) policy?

I treat all client data, employee information, and proprietary insights with the utmost discretion, following data protection laws and best practices. Robust security measures are in place to safeguard data, accessible only to authorised personnel.

Do you offer virtual programs?
Definitely. With over 20 years in the field, I’ve seen the effectiveness of a blended approach that integrates in-person, virtual, and e-learning methods.
Ideally, I combine all three for optimal results. In-person sessions excel in fostering team trust and tackling complex issues, while well-executed virtual programs are excellent for skill-building. E-learning resources then cement these learnings, ensuring thorough integration.
However, I understand unique organisational constraints like remote workforces or diverse time zones. In such scenarios, I offer fully virtual delivery, tailored to meet these specific needs without compromising on outcomes.”
What is the process for working with you?
As a first step, click the button below to book an initial 30 minute call with me. During the call we can ensure we are a good fit for working together. I will ask you some questions to better understand the outcomes you want to achieve, and discuss a blueprint for how working together can look.
I will then send you a written proposal, which you can discuss with your team. I understand that there are often many steps involved in making a decision to move ahead with programs like these.
During the decision making process, I can make myself available for further consultation with you and your colleagues, although I will carefully manage our relationship, helping you keep your performance, wellbeing and leadership development initiatives in mind, while respecting your timeline on moving ahead.

Can you customise keynotes/workshops for our specific needs
Absolutely. While the 12 modules I offer have been carefully curated after 20 years of research and partnering with hundreds of organisations, I always work closely with my clients to ensure what I deliver meets their specific needs.
In addition, over the past 20 years I have spoken to audiences ranging from high school students to C-suite executives. I have delivered sessions for police, lawyers, judges, medical professionals, and more. Over that time, I have learned how to contextualise all of my keynotes and workshops to ensure the message lands fully.
What is the maximum number of participants?
There is no limit to the number of participants for my keynotes. I have spoken to small teams and I have been on stage in auditoriums speaking to 1500 people.
For virtual sessions, there may be a limit to the number of participants that can participate, depending on the platform used.
For workshops, the maximum number of participants is 25 (although please note that the optimal audience size to ensure full participation of everyone is 15-20 people).
Do you offer virtual sessions as well as in-person?
Definitely. With over 20 years in the field, I’ve delivered countless impactful sessions using both in-person and virtual formats. I have learned how to fully engage audiences whether I am in a small training space, a huge auditorium or online.
I understand unique organisational constraints like remote workforces or diverse time zones. In such scenarios, I offer fully virtual delivery, tailored to meet these specific needs without compromising on outcomes.
My preferred online platform is Zoom, although I am familiar with Teams and Google Meet and can adapt to whichever platform your organisation uses.
What makes your keynotes & workshops different from what other people offer?
I draw on over 20 years working as a speaker and facilitator, including on theTEDx stage. I know how to inspire audiences of all types with compelling stories and deliver practical, science-backed tools that they can immediately apply.
I also draw upon my extensive experience creating a number of award-winning online programs and include e-learning resources with all my keynotes and workshops. These draw on the latest behaviour change research, using a nudge approach to support the audience to fully apply the tools and strategies that they learn.
To be honest, I don’t know why more speakers and facilitators don’t bundle their sessions with e-learning resources!
