Course Details
Over six Wednesday nights (7 to 8:30pm) learn how to:
- Meditate properly and establish a sustainable daily practice
- Change mental habits that create stress
- Improve productivity and work/study performance
- Get to sleep easier
- Reduce self-criticism and negative self-talk.

About the course:
I teach mindfulness in a simple, no-nonsense way. Based on the latest research and neuroscience, it will give you practical, proven techniques.
A comprehensive manual and downloadable MP3 meditations are provided.
Each course has strictly limited numbers to ensure you feel comfortable and get the support that you need to learn properly.
Course fee: $390 (Medicare rebate of $190 is available with mental health care plan)
